QUALIFYING FOR BONUSES WHEN YOU JOIN Zrii as an Independent Executive (IE), you must purchase one of three enrollment packs: the Basic Enrollment Pack*, the Executive Z-Pack (EZP), or the Premier Z-Pack (PZP). By purchasing certain enrollment packs, or by accumulating sufficient QV through personal product orders, you can unlock certain bonuses as outlined in the table below: INCOME OPPORTUNITIES

Unlock bonuses using Personal Qualification Volume (PQV): As you accumulate PQV, you can “unlock” the benefits associated with purchasing an EZP or PZP. For example: If your initial purchase was a Basic Enrollment Pack, you can unlock additional bonuses as you continue to purchase Zrii products for personal consumption. Within your first year in the business, once you’ve accumulated a total of 500 PQV, you’ll unlock the benefits of the EZP, and once you’ve accumulated a total of 1,000 PQV, you’ll unlock the benefits of the PZP! No matter when you enrolled with Zrii (and even after your first year as a Zrii Independent Executive), you can unlock EZP or PZP status at any time by purchasing an EZP or PZP.

To continue enjoying the benefits of being a Zrii Independent Executive, you pay an annual membership fee of $29.95. This fee will be deducted from your commissions once each year, on the anniversary of your enrollment date.

INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVE (IE): Someone who enrolls in Zrii, purchases an enrollment pack, and pays a $29.95 annual membership fee. An IE can purchase products for personal consumption, and is eligible to qualify for commissions based on the purchases of customers and other IEs in their personal sales team. PERSONAL QUALIFYING VOLUME (PQV): The Qualifying Volume that comes from an Independent Executive’s personal purchases. PQV is equal to or greater than the cost of the product in USD (excluding taxes, shipping and handling).

CUSTOMER BONUS EARN A CUSTOMER BONUS OF 20% on all orders placed by a personally enrolled Customer, based on Customer Qualifying Volume (CQV)1. The Customer Bonus is calculated and paid out weekly.2 EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER BONUS John personally enrolls Mary as a Customer and she purchases 200 CQV in product. John would receive a 20% Customer Bonus ($ 40) on this order. When Mary places another order the following month for the same 200 CQV in product, John will earn another 20% Customer Bonus ($ 40).

Z-CABULARY CUSTOMER: Individuals that are initially only interested in purchasing product. Unlike Independent Executives, Customers do not pay an annual membership fee, nor do they qualify to earn commissions. However, Customers can set up EZ Orders and participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program. (See page 7)

DID YOU KNOW? Up to 100% of CQV goes into your pay leg each week to help you qualify for rank advancement. This can help you achieve higher ranks much more quickly.

CUSTOMER QUALIFYING VOLUME (CQV): CQV is equal to the U.S. dollar amount of the cost of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling). CQV can be used to help you obtain active status (See page 8) and advance in rank. (See page 18) CUSTOMER COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CCV): 100% of the commissionable volume from your personally enrolled customer orders flows to your upline.

The Customer Bonus is currently being paid on CQV for a limited time only. After the promotional period is over, the bonus will be paid on CCV.

CUSTOMER-PERFORMANCE BONUS ZRII REWARDS YOU for every 5,000 in personally enrolled CQV you bring in during each Monthly Qualification Period! There is no cap to this bonus—meaning you can earn $1,000 for having 10,000 in personally enrolled CQV, $1,500 for having 15,000 in personally enrolled CQV, and so on. This Customer-Performance Bonus is calculated and paid out with monthly commissions. EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER-PERFORMANCE BONUS John earns 10% from his personally enrolled CQV each month, so if he has 5,000 in a given month’s qualification period, he would qualify for a $500 Customer-Performance Bonus.

MONTHLY QUALIFICATION PERIOD: Monthly qualification periods are four weeks long and are used to calculate payouts for many Zrii bonuses. To find a full annual calendar of the weekly and monthly qualification periods, visit your My Zrii Pro back office.

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM ZRII REWARDS YOU for your ongoing loyalty to Zrii products! Every time your EZ Order runs, you earn Loyalty Reward Dollars† (LRDs) equal to 10% of the product price for each EZ Order. Both Independent Executives and Customers can earn LRDs. LRDs can be redeemed on spot orders of Zrii products. You may “bank” your LRDs for up to 24 months, after which they expire. If at any time you lose Active Status, or if you cancel your account, any LRDs you have earned will be lost. EXAMPLE: LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM John has an EZ Order of 200 QV that is processed every 4 weeks. Every 4 weeks, he therefore banks $20 in LRD.

LOYALTY REWARD DOLLARS (LRDs): LRDs are equivalent to 10% of the product price on every EZ Order you personally place. LRDs may be banked for 24 months and redeemed on spot orders (one-time orders), but not EZ Orders. EZ ORDER: Through Zrii’s EZ Order program, you can leave payment information on file with Zrii and have your Zrii products automatically delivered to you every 4 weeks—hassle-free!

Loyalty Reward Dollars

Using LRDs for a spot order and paying for the rest yourself? You will still earn QV and CV for the portion of the order that you pay for! For example, if you placed a spot order valued at $80, used 60 LRDs, and paid the remaining $20 yourself, you would earn 20 QV and 16 CV! The amount of QV and CV is based on how much of the order is paid out of pocket.

SPOT ORDER: A one-time order. You may place a Spot Order through your My Zrii Pro back office or by calling Zrii Executive Support. ACTIVE STATUS: To maintain Active Status, you must have made a product purchase within the last 12 months and be current on your annual membership fee.

COMMISSION QUALIFICATION IN ORDER TO EARN COMMISSIONS and most bonuses as an Independent Executive under the Zrii Prosperity Plan you must be Commissions-Qualified by fulfilling one of the following requirements. THERE ARE TWO QUALIFICATION LEVELS, DEPENDING ON YOUR RANK:

Z-50 Qualified – If you are a 3-Star or lower, you must be Z-50 Qualified. You can do this by purchasing at least 50 QV in Zrii products for personal consumption every 4 weeks, or by making sure you have at least 500 personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks. Z-100 Qualified – If you are a 4-Star or higher, you must be Z-100 Qualified. You can do this by purchasing at least 100 QV in Zrii products for personal consumption every 4 weeks, or by making sure you have at least 1,000 personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks. EXAMPLE: Z-50 / Z-100 QUALIFIED

Z-CABULARY Z-50 QUALIFIED: Achieved by personally purchasing at least 50 QV of Zrii products every 4 weeks, or by having at least 500 personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks. Z-100 QUALIFIED: Achieved by personally purchasing at least 100 QV of Zrii products every 4 weeks, or by having at least 1,000 personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks. QUALIFYING VOLUME (QV): QV is generally equal to the U.S. dollar amount of the cost of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling).

FIRST ORDER BONUS ZRII REWARDS YOU FOR HELPING OTHERS to live without limits! Every time you personally enroll a new Independent Executive, you can earn a lucrative 15% bonus that is paid weekly based on the QV of their first order. To earn your 15% First Order Bonus, all you have to do is maintain Active Status. 50% of the Commissionable Volume (CV) on these orders goes into the Binary Tree (for details on how you are paid on this volume, see page 13). UNLOCK 30% FIRST ORDER BONUS: You can increase your First Order Bonus from 15% to 30% on every initial order made by personally enrolled Independent Executives. How? By maintaining Active Status, being Z-100 Qualified, and having purchased a PZP (or having unlocked PZP status by accumulating 1,000 PQV within your first 12 months as a Zrii Independent Executive). And that’s not all: You'll earn a 15% or 30% First Order Bonus anytime your new personally enrolled IE makes a Spot Order within 28 days of his/her enrollment date! EXAMPLE: FIRST ORDER BONUS (15% payout)

Every consumable product sold by Zrii contains both CV and QV. 100% of the QV of every first order goes into the binary tree to maximize rankadvancement opportunities. Since orders subject to First Order Bonus pay up to 30%, the CV that goes into the binary tree is reduced accordingly.

BINARY TREE: A two-leg organizational structure comprised of Independent Executives that you have personally enrolled, along with their personally enrolled IEs and so forth, as well as any IEs that were personally enrolled by your upline organization and placed below you. IEs cannot have more than two legs, a Left Team (Left Leg) and a Right Team (Right Leg); however there are no limitations on the depth of the organization.

*You must either purchase a PZP or accumulate 1,000 in PQV in your first 12 months in the business.

STAR & STAR MAKER BONUSES PURCHASE AN EXECUTIVE Z-PACK (EZP), A PREMIER Z-PACK (PZP) or accumulate 500 PQV within your first 12 months to unlock the Star and Star Maker Bonuses to become a “Star” and earn a bonus of $200, personally enroll an Independent Executive on your right sales team and on your left sales team, who each purchase an EZP or PZP*. When you help those two personally enrolled IEs become Stars†, you become a “Star Maker” and earn an additional $400 bonus. This bonus is paid weekly and there is no limit to the number of Star or Star Maker Bonuses that you can earn. You must be Z-100 Qualified to earn the Star and Star Maker Bonuses. Z-CABULARY EXECUTIVE Z-PACK (EZP): This 500 QV pack pack contains a selection of Zrii products, and offers you the possibility to earn most of the bonuses available in the Zrii Prosperity Plan. PREMIER Z-PACK (PZP): This 1,000 QV pack includes more than twice the amount of product as the EZP. Purchasing a PZP upon enrollment maximizes your earning potential with Zrii.

FOUR WEEKS TO 4-STAR TO ADD EVEN MORE INCENTIVE for new Independent Executives who enroll with a Premier Z-Pack (PZP) or accumulate 1,000 PQV within their first 28 days, Zrii offers an incredible $1,500 bonus when they advance to 4-Star quickly! Simply build a 4-Star organization in your first full 4 weeks and you will earn a $500 bonus. Achieve the rank of 4-Star (or higher) again during a separate Rank Advancement Period (see page 19) by your one-year anniversary date, and you earn another $500 bonus. Achieve 4-Star (or higher) again during a third separate Rank Advancement Period by your one-year anniversary date, and you earn yet another $500 bonus! Four Weeks To 4-Star Bonus is paid with commissions in the next weekly commission cycle. You must enroll with a Premier Z-Pack (PZP) or accumulate 1,000 PQV within your first 28 days in order to be eligible for the Four Weeks to 4-Star Bonus. LIFESTYLE BONUS IMAGINE YOUR DREAM LIFESTYLE, then let us help you achieve it! Use the Zrii Lifestyle Bonus any way you see fit: Exotic travel… a home remodel ... a new car… It’s up to you! This bonus is paid to qualified IEs who achieve 4-Star and above and maintain that rank for two consecutive months. Once qualified, Zrii IEs receive the prestigious Lifestyle Bonus with monthly commissions, depending on that month’s current paid-as rank. Once you qualify for the lifestyle bonus, it is paid out monthly as long as you maintain a 4-star rank or above.

TEAM COMMISSIONS UPON JOINING ZRII AS AN IE, you are placed within your enroller’s sales team, and you are at the head of your own personal sales team. From there your team is organized into a structure that has two sides, referred to as the “Left Team” and “Right Team.” For simplicity, all of your business is within these two teams. This powerful, twoteam structure allows for cooperative team building and is designed to encourage growth by providing significant financial rewards. Best of all, you get paid weekly through unlimited depth within your organization. In order to qualify to earn Team Commissions, you must be Commission-Qualifed (see page 8 for more details). EXAMPLE: TEAM COMMISSIONS In this example you have 7,500 CV in your Right Team (pay leg) and 10,000 CV in your Left Team (power leg). You will be paid 10% of the total 7,500 CV in your Right Team (pay leg). Your pay leg CV is then subtracted from your power leg CV and the remaining volume on your power leg, in this case 2,500 CV, will carry over into the following week. You will start the week with 0 CV in your right team and 2,500 CV in your Left Team. (see page 23 for more information on Banked Volume)

This graphic, where color represents Generation, is for illustrative purposes only and is provided to demonstrate how Dynamic Compression works. Once an IE earns the rank of 4-Star and becomes eligible to earn Matching Bonuses, members of his/her Enroller Tree start a new Generation (until the next 4-Star or the end of the Enroller Tree). In the illustrations above, second leg from the left would still be a first Generation leg as there are no other 4-Stars or above in that leg.

Z-CABULARY ENROLLER TREE: All personally enrolled IEs and their personally enrolled IEs and so on, until the end of the Enroller Tree is reached. Unlike Binary Trees, which have only two legs, Enroller Trees can have as many legs as you have personally enrolled IEs. GENERATION: A group of IEs in the enrollment tree. Each new Generation begins at the rank of 4-Star. This is much more powerful than levels, as an IE can have more than two people within a single Generation. You get paid on the Team Commission checks of the Independent Executives in your Enroller Tree, up to 7 Generations. DYNAMIC COMPRESSION: Ensures payout of the Matching Bonus on all levels. APPENDIX A : EXECUTIVE RANKS THERE ARE THREE QUALIFIERS THAT ESTABLISH RANK:

1. Commission-Qualified: To qualify to get paid as a 3-star or below, you must be Z-50 Qualified in the current Rank Advancement Period (RAP). To qualify to get paid as a 4-star or above, you must be Z-100 Qualified in the current Rank Advancement Period (RAP). Regardless of your rank, you must have at least one personally enrolled IE in each leg who is at least Z-50 or Z-100 Qualified. 2. Minimum Pay Leg QV: To reach the designated ranks, your Pay Leg QV must meet the minimum requirements listed below. Power Leg volume must meet or exceed the minimum Pay Leg QV to advance in rank. 3. APPENDIX B: EARNINGS POTENTIAL WEEKLY EARNINGS The maximum individual payout for each rank is based on weekly earnings. MINIMUM/MAXIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLDS A payout will occur for an IE when the minimum payout threshold of $24 USD is met. For current currency conversion rates, please contact Executive Support. To further protect the opportunity for our IEs and preserve the viability of the compensation plan and longevity of your business, Zrii has instituted maximum payouts that prevent the plan from paying out more than is sustainable. COMPANY MAX PAYOUT CAP For any given Commission Week, the Company Max Payout Cap is applied to the Matching Bonuses of qualified IEs when the Total Company Payout exceeds 50% of the total CV. The cap is based on the percentage that the IE earned of the total Matching Bonus paid out company-wide. For example, if the Company Max Payout Cap is 100 and the IE earned 5% of $

the total Matching Bonus paid out in that week, $5 would be deducted from their Matching Bonus payout.

APPENDIX C: BANKED VOLUME Banked volume is leftover or unused volume that carries forward from one commission period to the next. Banked volume is a benefit to help maximize future payout. When you earn Team Commissions, your pay leg CV is subtracted from your power leg CV. The volume remaining on your power leg is carried forward, or “banked,” to be used in future periods. This ensures that you always earn the maximum payout possible, as long as you maintain Active Status and a minimum of Z-50 Qualified (Z-100 for 4-Stars and above). BINARY TREE: A two-leg organizational structure comprised of Independent Executives that you have personally enrolled, along with their personally enrolled IEs and so forth, as well as any IEs that were personally enrolled by your upline organization and placed below you. IEs cannot have more than two legs, a Left Team (Left Leg) and a Right Team (Right Leg); however there are no limitations on the depth of the organization. EXECUTIVE Z-PACK (EZP): This 500 QV pack contains a selection of Zrii products, and offers you the possibility to earn most of the bonuses available in the Zrii Prosperity Plan. If you did not enroll with an EZP, you can unlock EZP status by purchasing an EZP at any point as a Zrii Independent Executive. You can also unlock EZP status by accumulating at least 500 in personal qualification volume (PQV) within your first 12 months as a Zrii Independent Executive. EZ ORDER: Through Zrii’s EZ Order program, you can leave payment information on file with Zrii and have your Zrii products automatically delivered to you every 4 weeks—hassle-free! You also earn Loyalty Reward Dollars (LRDs) on every EZ Order placed. GENERATION: A group of IEs in the enrollment tree. Each new generation begins at the rank of 4-Star.
