PLEASE NOTE THAT BY SECURING A SPACE & CONFIRMING PAYMENT IT IS AGREED THAT THE PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING: i. ii.

The Participant ("participant") hereby agrees that he/she is physically fit and has not been otherwise informed by a physician that he/she may not participate in the Training. The Participant in a (( BOUNCE ))™ class by Bouncefitbody Ltd, hereby assumes all risks associated with such participation. Participant recognises that there are inherent risks in taking part in cardiovascular and weight training exercises and exercising, using health and fitness equipment, including possible permanent disability or death and Participant agrees to assume those risks and voluntarily chooses to take part. Any past or present bodily ailments or concerns must be advised to the Instructor before class start. (( BOUNCE ))™ is specifically designed for use with equipment supplied by Bouncefitbody Ltd. In consideration of Bouncefitbody Ltd allowing participant to take part, participant acknowledges he/she shall not be permitted to use any other Rebounding product. In consideration of Bouncefitbody Ltd allowing participant to take part in a (( BOUNCE ))™ class, participant, on behalf of himself/herself, assumes all risks and hereby waives any and all rights to claim for loss or damages, including negligence, and any product liability claims that the participant may have against Bouncefitbody Ltd, its affiliated companies, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the "Released Parties") as a result of any injury including death, sustained in connection with participation. Further, participant hereby agrees that each of the Released Parties shall be forever held harmless and indemnified for any harm, injury , damage or loss to person and/or property that participant may sustain/or cause. This release shall be binding upon the successors, assigns, distributees, heirs, next of kin, executors and administrators of the undersigned and may be pled by any of the Released Parties as a complete bar and defense to any claim, demand, action or cause of action by or on behalf of the Participant. This Release applies to and includes all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequence thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provision of any state, federal or local law or statute providing in substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time to the participant executing this release is hereby expressly waived. Participant accepts there are no refunds or class amendments once a confirmed space has been paid for.
