Application/Information Packet Dear Friend, Thank you for your interest in Calvary Chapel Christian School. Attached you will find our student application/information packet. Included in the packet is the Tuition Schedule as well as other documents with information you will need. Our school is a means of serving young men and women who are dedicated to serving Jesus Christ. We want our academic program to the best we can make it, with the intent that our students will use what they learn to serve the Lord. To that end, we accomplished our goal of becoming accredited in 2009. Please complete all of the components of this application, as they are necessary for us to proceed with the process of enrollment. Although our school was started to serve the people that attend Calvary Chapel Christian School regularly, we are blessed to review applications from all students who apply. Calvary Chapel Christian School 2012-2013 Tuition Information Tuition is payable in 12 installments due on the first of each month, September through August. Please do not place tuition payments in with your offering during church. Application Fee Re-Admit Fee Book Fee Sports Fee

DISCOUNTS: First two students are at 100%. Third student is 50%. Fourth and on there is no tuition with a $275.00 administrative fee per student. *Calvary Chapel rates apply to families that attend Calvary Chapel, Bangor and have a documented history of tithing for at least six months.
New families will have a first year discount of 10 % if all fees are paid by August 1st. ********************************************************************************** Past Due Accounts: Tuition is due the first of each month beginning in September and ending with the last payment in August. Any payments not received by the first of the month will be considered past due. You will be expected to contact us if your account becomes past due. If your account becomes past due two (2) installments you may be asked to withdraw your children from the school. All previous balances must be cleared before your child may start the current school year. Books and supplies fees are non-refundable after the first week of school. If a student leaves during the school year, you will be charged for the total of days your child is enrolled.
