We offer four different Professional Development courses for schools. They are intentionally designed for classroom teachers and administrators of all levels – from graduate teachers through to lead teachers, principals and members of the executive. All courses are offered as inschool full-day workshops. Leading Wisely: This course examines the concept of wisdom in leading and teaching. Leaders Past and Present: Examination of four significant leaders, and how they might run your school. Great Schools, Great Lives: Investigates the difference between a good school and a great school. Teachers Who Make A Difference: Investigates five practices of teachers who move beyond the ordinary to the extraordinary. Additionally, the GRIP Leadership team is available to facilitate a tailored strategy-development workshop for your school executive team. “GRIP Leadership spent a day working with teaching staff and then two days working with our Executive.
