OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS AND WARNINGS TO REDUCE THE LIKELIHOOD OF SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURY: -Do not leave children unattended. -Do not allow children to sit, stand, play or climb on the roof surface. Doing so may cause the product to become unstable. -Use only clean play sand. -Use only clean water and change water daily while in use. -Do not leave standing water while not in use. -We recommend bins are filled no more than half way for optimum play value. -Tightly secure connections. Advise children not to use equipment until properly assembled. -Inspect the toy periodically for loose or damaged components. - Instruct children not to use the playhouse in a manner other than intended. - Dress children appropriately with well-fitting shoes and no loose-fitting clothing. - Do not attach items to the equipment that are not specifically designed for use with the playhouse, such as, but not limited to, jump ropes, clothesline, pet leashes, cables and chain as they may cause a strangulation hazard. - Instruct children to remove any bike or other sports helmets prior to playing in the playhouse.

CAUTION: Adult Assembly Required. Hardware contains small screws with sharp points. Keep unassembled parts out of reach of small children.

WARNING: DROWNING HAZARD There is a risk of young children drowning around open containers of water. Adult supervision is always required.

INSTALLATION - Place the playhouse on level ground, not less than 6 ft (1.8 m) from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.

Doorbell Battery Instructions: Prior To Use:

- Locate the Battery Compartment underneath the doorbell (part 97) - Pull the tab outward to remove and activate play mode. - Three (3) LR44 Battery (1.5 Volt) are included in each piece.

- Sounds are activated when button is pressed.

Step 1 -Locate the Battery Compartment underneath the doorbell -Use a Phillips® head screwdriver and remove cover and set aside.

Battery Tips: - Use only three (3) LR44 batteries (1.5 Volt). - Batteries should always be installed and changed under adult supervision. - Non-Rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. - Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. - Only batteries of the same equivalent typeas recommended are to be used. - Batteries are to be inserted with thecorrect polarity. - Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy and disposed of properly. - The supply terminals are not to be shortcircuited. - Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. - DO NOT mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc)or rechargeable batteries.

To replace battery: Step 2

-Replace old batteries with three (3) new LR44 batteries (1.5 Volt). -Be sure the positive (+) side is facing up.

-Screw the cover back into place with a Phillips head screwdriver. R

WOOD SEALER CAN BE PURCHASED AT YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORE, AND SHOULD BE APPLIED AT FIRST SIGNS OF WEATHERING.
