Moan’n Fuckers 50th Birthday Hash Moan’n and Phallus in Pornoland started planning the birthday hash months ago. Little did they know, Passing Wind also planned for his birthday starting at the same location 2 weeks earlier. Luckily, for them, his trail only intersected for a very short distance. They recruited Donut Ho, 6-9 Split & HiSpeed to help with the 3 beer checks that included birthday cake shots, apple pie shots and jello shots. Finally the LBH3 hash date was drawing near, and the weather looked ominous the days before. Again, luckily for Moan’n it actually rained a few days before the 4th, and wiped out all pre existing marks from 2 weeks ago, and there was almost no clouds in the sky the day of her hash. I arrived at the start of the run around 5pm, and Moan’n asked me to help pre-lay the 2nd eagle at what I thought might have been near high tide (more on that later). Some hashers such as Bend Over, Deep Stroke, and Big Boobs arrived very early to get a good parking spot, I guess. The crowd as expected grew as the minutes neared 6:35 (when the hares took off). There ended up being about 85 hashers. Moan’n, Phallus, and Fungus headed out, while Donut Ho, 6-9 & Hi-Speed drove to set up their checks. We never looked back at the start to find out if Rat’s rule for the walkers was enforced or not.

Eagle Trail went down to the beach where we got wet and had rocks to slip on. One fence.
Didn’t matter much for this trail since the first check was actually a birthday cake shot check, and if there were walker’s on our asses, the 1st check would stop them in their tracks until the pack caught up. The first check was at the bottom of one of the old gun sights, as was the second check. It was not until the second check where I stopped to help Moan’n serve the Apple pie shooters, until Phallus & Donut Ho came to replace me. Basically a hasher would open their mouth, someone would poor in the 2 secret alcohols, the second person added the other 2 ingredients (whipped cream & cinnamon), the head was shaken well to mix the contents, and then swallowed. It actually was very tasty for those who chickened out or missed it. After the whipped cream was added, several hashers for some reason closed their mouths before the cinnamon, so it went up the noses of several hashers. One hasher feared the cream & cinnamon and never got the full effect (Numb Nuts). Shortly after this point, the trail split for eagles & turkeys. Eventually the eagles went all around the Navy base and the Marina & Cabrillo Beach, while I guess the turkey’s didn’t. In the parking lot of Cabrillo Beach was the 3rd check, with the best jello shots ever.
Especially the ones with 10-yearold blackberry infused vodka & another one with Maraschino cherry and topped with a layer of chocolate. If you didn’t get one, you missed pure pleasure. Right after the jello check women’d by 6-9 & HiSpeed, came the second eagle split. Since I had already layed it, when I got to the split, I tried to tell hashers that they might get wet on the eagle trail. Turns out they got real wet, cause the tide came in a lot more after I layed the trail. I was surprised to find out SumDumChic, Tweedle, ChinBall, Snatch of the Day, Tissue Tits, and many others actually did the eagle, even Royal Flush with his 2 little rodents. At the end of the trail (A-A), hashers gathered for munchies, and 2 excellent Moan’n birthday cakes, and a gallon of screwdriver mix from birthday girl, Razor Clam. Somehow from start of trail to the end Moan’n became a tipsy happy drunk. Someone got named? Patches were handed out, and Kammona got her 500th jacket. Then she and Rat had a spat about walkers taking off to early. Lastly, Cindy Bear (aka Cin-a-Buns) got hash shit again, this time for not allowing a PVE homeowner from keeping his 10ft tall windmill. The OnOnOn was at a really good Mexican restaurant. A good time was had by all ( I think), as far as I can remember. Fungus

Hashers were invited to dress in their sleaziest ho attire or their grooviest pimp daddy gear for this run, which began at the corner of Bayshore and Ocean in Belmont Shore. Scribe CUMS IN A TUBE thought that the hares looked more like escapees from the set of “Disco Fever” than pimp daddies. While SNOWBALL handed out yellow tickets that were to be cashed in for favors on trail, WILL WORK FOR FOOD arrived wearing a Santa Claus hat – ho ho ho! When the pack was off, we headed over the 2nd Street Bridge into Naples. We soon reached beer check #1 at Shannon’s. Trail then led to Broadway and Grand and beer check #2, hosted by some of the hare’s cohorts who offered us a bottle of Blackberry Merlot. After RIFF RAFF checked on its vintage and decided it was “too young to do,” we were off again. As we headed south, we found evidence of multiple hare snares. Trail eventually led back to the parking lot across from the start. The scantily clad pack huddled together in the cold as down-downs began. We had many new boots as well as visitors from London and Thailand. The hashit was awarded to IGNORANT FUCK for a premature, overachieving hare snare. The on-on was at Yankee Doodles. ALSO IN JUNE 1999 – Run # 780 on 6/3/1999. SNOWBLOWER and DR. Run:1340 Hare: Sin D Bare Location: Hesse Park, Ranch Palos Verdes Thomas Guide: 822 H-1 From LB, take the 405 fwy to the 110 south and exit at PCH and go West. Go about 5 miles and turn left on Hawthorne Blvd. Go up the hill for about 4 miles and after passing San Nicolas look for the signs for Hesse Park. Turn Right into Hesse Park and LFH. From downtown LB, take the bridges over to Gaffey Street in San Pedro. Turn Right on 1st street. Left on Western Ave and Right on 25th street which turns into Palos Verdes Drive South. Take it all the way around to Pt. Vicente lighthouse and turn Right on Hawthorne Blvd. Go up hill for about 2 miles, past Crest Road and turn left on Locklenna Lane and then an immediate Right into Hesse Park. From LA, take the 405 Fwy South and exit at Hawthorne Blvd and go for about 10 miles and then turn Right into Hesse Park. Ten years ago, a young Sin D Bare decided to hare his first trail in PV to christen a beautifully planned and about-to-open 18hole golf course with flour. Unfortunately, the 18th hole fell in the ocean and Sin D Bare received his first undeserved hashit award. Ten years and 60 undeserved hashits later (according to Alouette), Sin D Bare is going to christen trails in a new project with flour. Hopefully, this time nothing falls into the ocean.
