Google Chrome for PC Users Click the “Customize and Control” button then select History.
Select Clear browsing data. Check Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data then click the Clear browsing data button.

Firefox for PC Users Click History and then Clear Recent History…
Select Cookies and Cache then click Clear Now.

Internet Explorer for PC Users Click the Gear icon and then Internet options.
Click the Delete button within the Browsing history section.

Select Temporary Internet files and Cookies and then click the Delete button.

Google Chrome for Mac Users Click Chrome in the top menu and then Clear Browsing Data…
Select Clear browsing data. Check Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data then click the Clear browsing data button.

Firefox for Mac Users Click on History in the top menu and then Clear Recent History…
Select Cookies and Cache and then click the Clear Now button.

Safari for Mac Users Click Safari in the top menu and then Reset Safari…
Select Remove all website data then click the Reset button.
