BEIJING (China Daily) — The Communist Party of China developed the important strategy of a peaceful rise after the country’s economy entered a period of rapid growth, thanks to the introduction of the Reform and Open Door Policy. The Party developed the strategy of a peaceful rise because it grasped the pulse of the times. In the second half of the 20th Century, the theme of the times gradually changed from war and revolution to peace and development. It was a significant change that exerted a far-reaching influence in the development of the world. Nowadays most countries are seeking peace, development and cooperation, and China’s peaceful rise strategy is in line with the current global trend. Sun Yat-sen once said, “World progress is like a tidal wave. Those who ride it will prosper, and those who sail against it will perish.” The Party developed the strategy of a peaceful rise because it knew the general direction of the world. Like it or not, the world is becoming increasingly interdependent. A country cannot develop or achieve modernization without cooperating with the rest of the world. In order to achieve a peaceful rise, China needs to ride the wave of globalization. By carrying out reform and joining the WTO, China has made remarkable progress in the process of a peaceful rise in this increasingly globalized world. The strategy of peaceful rise is the policy proposed by the Party based on historical experience. Mr. Qanbari chaired the meeting. Messrs. Afshari and Ersi were the supervisors and Mr. Mihani was the secretary of the meeting. Reports of the legal inspector and the company’s financial statements were approved by the shareholders. Also, 160 rials was approved as dividend per share. Ettela’at newspaper was selected to publish the company’s announcements and Iran Mashhood Company was named the legal inspector. The current members of the board of directors were reelected for another two-year term.

Certainly, a significant part of people around the world are still trapped in hunger and poverty, but the progress and expansion of the tide of peace, development and cooperation will raise the potential for building a world of lasting peace and common prosperity. Generalities: Agricultural Services and Industries Development Company was established as a private joint stock entity on February 1, 1987 and was registered under the code 64134 at the Tehran Registry of Companies and Industrial Properties. On August 23, 1987 the company started producing kinds of mobile milking systems. Activities since establishment * Receiving the agreement in principle coded 300/10118/357708 dated January 2, 1986 in favor of the Shahid Foundation to produce kinds of fixed and mobile milking systems with the capacity of 2500 systems per year in Zanjan Province * Establishing a temporary factory in a hall belonged to the executive headquarters of Imam Khomeini (RA) located at the Karaj old road which was inaugurate don August 23, 1987. * Receiving a permission for industrial activity at Tehran coded 45630170010 dated November 15, 1994 and continuing activity simultaneously with Zanjan factory * Receiving the agreement in principle coded 183509 dated July 1, 1992 for manufacturing industrial hatching machinery with the annual capacity of 400 systems and transferring technology under the license of PeterSime of Belgium * Receiving the permission for manufacturing electronic weighing systems coded 4594961033 dated May 14, 1994 and transferring technology for manufacturing electronic weighing systems * Producing infrared gas burning heaters for animal farms and chicken farms * Concurrent with expanding activities and creating different fields of activity and supplying products to domestic and foreign markets necessary measures were taken to establish a manufacturing unit to boost products as follows: * Buying a plot of land measuring 10010 square meters in Zanjan from Kase Namad Company * Receiving 1053 million rials in financial facilities from Melli Bank to establish Zanjan factory * Constructing all the necessary buildings for Zanjan factory on 319.8 square meters plot of land and establishing all the necessary installations * Transferring all the existing machinery from the temporary factory to Zanjan factory and buying required machinery and equipment for benefiting from Zanjan factory’s facilities * Recruiting manpower from local persons and training the new personnel * With starting operations at Zanjan factory in 1996 necessary measures were taken to receive the activity permission.

So, on September 4, 1996 the exploitation permission coded 183763 was issued to produce 400 industrial hatching systems with different capacities and manufacturing kinds of fixed and mobile milking systems with the capacity of 2500 systems per year. Meanwhile, the company received the permission for manufacturing automatic seeding machinery with the capacity of 170 systems per year * Receiving tax exemption for 8 years since starting operation at Zanjan factory for producing kinds of fixed and mobile milking systems as well as hatching machinery according to the article 132 of the direct taxation law and also tax exemption for 8 years since august 23, 1988 for producing kinds of seeding systems and also increasing tax exemption in underdevelopment areas from 8 years to 12 years * Repaying all received financial facilities for establishing Zanjan factory * Buying a plot of land measuring 208 square meters in Tehran for establishing the central building * Buying a plot of land measuring 760 square meters in Tehran from the Shahid Foundation in 30-month installments; according to the purchasing deed the ownership of the land has been transferred to the company. In 2004, the mentioned land was exchanged according to the agreement coded 83/3658 dated January 31, 2005 with Shahed Investment Company’s warehouse measuring 3080 square meters * In order to improve quality of manufactured products and supplying new products the company launched a research and development unit in 1999 * In 1999, the company received the national standard certificate for manufacturing mobile electrical milking systems and in 2000 it received the certificate for all kinds of mobile certificate * In 2003, the company was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange and its capital was boosted from three billion rials to five billion rials and its face value decreased from 10,000 rials to 1,000 rials according to the articles of association and changing private joint stock entities to public joint stock entities * Concluding a contract for accepting representativeness of SKA of Italy to produce seeding systems and animal farming equipment in 2003 * In 2004, all assets and properties of Takalom Company, which was in operation with the Company, were purchased, including the agency contracts and technology transfer contracts with Westfalia of Germany and Petersime of Belgium * In 2007, the company concluded contracts with Jamesway of Canada and Viscon of the Netherlands to sell hatching machinery and related parts and automated systems
