In consideration of my entry being accepted, I hereby for myself and my heirs waive and release any and all my rights and or claims for damages that I may have against the Chenango County Dairy Promotion Committee, sponsor, for any injuries that I may suffer in connection with my participation in the "MILK RUN”. The applicant and his/her dependents assume all risks, injuries and property damages acquired while at the MILK RUN. By signing below, I hereby certify that I have read, understand and agree with all the terms and conditions within this release and do intend to be legally bound thereby. All proceeds from entry into this run will cover the cost of this event and any remaining funds will benefit the Chenango County Dairy Promotion Committee and the Frontier Communications Relay for Life Campaign. Early Registrations are $10.00 and must be post marked by June 9th. Entries after June 9th are $15.00 and accepted up to run start time. Registration fees are payable by check, money order or cash. Please do not mail cash. Checks should be made payable to: Chenango County Dairy Promotion. Parking is available on the Fairgrounds, East Main St., Norwich. Restrooms, with showers, are also available on the Fairgrounds. Awards will be presented at the finish line after all runners return.

This group of dedicated individuals is committed to promoting the use of dairy products and healthy life styles for all ages. Dairy Day in Chenango County is an annual event held the third Saturday of June each year. The MILK RUN is the first event of the day. The MILK RUN is a 5K course starting and ending at the Chenango County Fairgrounds, Norwich, NY. Dairy Day also includes a parade beginning at 10:30am, and many other activities on the fairgrounds following the parade. We invite you to help us celebrate Dairy and Agriculture as a participant in the 11th MILK RUN.
