SOWING AND GROWING

Sow thinly in pots or trays in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse in quality, finely sieved, moist compost at approx. 15°C (60°F), 6.5mm (¼") deep. Transplant resulting seedlings spacing them out 5cm (2") apart in trays and grow on. Plant out 45cm (18") apart. Alternatively, sow thinly direct into finely raked, moist warm, weed free soil, 6.5mm (¼") deep. Thin seedlings by degrees to a final spacing of 45cm (18"). Soaking seed overnight in water may improve germination.

HELPFUL HINT Sow in early spring for first year flowering or sow in summer for the following year. Quality Control: This seed has been carefully tested to ensure high germination. Prior to use, store in a dry cool place. Note: Seeds/plants harmful if eaten.
