LCA will be holding their 7th Annual Spaghetti Lunch Fundraiser directly following our regular church service on Sunday, November 6th. This is always a great time of food & fellowship for all! This lunch will include a generous helping of spaghetti, a bun, Caesar salad, apple crisp, plus coffee/tea and water. The cost for this lunch is $8.00 for an Adult ticket (13 and up) and $5.00 for a Child’s Ticket (12 and under). Tickets are available at the Life Info Kiosk or you can stop by the Academy office during regular business hours. The deadline to purchase tickets is Sunday, October 30th. All profits will go to support Life Christian Academy!

For your information: • Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 6th at 2:00 AM. Be sure to turn your clock back one hour before you retire on Saturday evening. • Please remember to support our Academy by handing in your V.I.P. order forms each week to LifeSource bookstore. We also have many extra cards available which you can purchase directly from LifeSource today. • This is the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox season. This is a good opportunity to teach your children the real meaning of Christmas – a good heart and a giving spirit. If every family would do at least one box, we would be able to bless this ministry. Be sure to visit the LifeInfo Kiosk after service to pick up a shoebox and an information flyer. Please review the detailed lists of ‘Approved Shoebox Items’ and ‘Top 100 Shoebox Items’ found at LifeInfo Kiosk. Filled shoeboxes should be returned to LifeInfo Kiosk by Sunday, November 13, 2016. • Please consider signing the petition at LifeInfo Kiosk to reduce energy rates. Our MPP Ernie Hardeman is bringing this concern forward to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario within the next several weeks. • Urgent issue on ‘How We Vote in Canada’ – see information on the bulletin board by LifeSource Bookstore. If you have received this information in the mail, please get your reply card in the mail by tomorrow Monday, October 31st. If you didn’t receive one, there is a supply of these cards on the table under the bulletin board. • The latest edition of our Services for Hire Directory (November 2015) is available at the Kiosk. If you are a member of our church and have a service for hire, we would be happy to include you in our next revision. Registration forms are available at the Kiosk or in the back of the current directory. • Nursery Booklets “What You Need to Know About the Birth to 12 Months Class & 13 to 24 Months Class” are available for all young parents.
