5. Read Daniel 12:1 and Matthew 24:21. What is the Great Tribulation?
6. Read 2 Thessalonians 2:1-11. What does it teach us about the antichrist, the tribulation and the return of Christ that we didn’t find in Daniel 12?
7. Read 2 Peter 3:1-13. What should we do when people say Jesus will never return?
8. Read 2 Peter 3:11-12, how should Christ’s return change the way we live now?
The Book of Daniel - Review 9. Assign each chapter of the book of Daniel to a small group member(s). Have them briefly review the chapter and their notes. Share with the group something the chapter taught them.
10. How has the book of Daniel changed the way you think about life?
Part 3 - Digging Deeper - Armageddon 11. Read Daniel 11:45, Matthew 24:29-30 and Revelation 16:16. Armageddon literally means “the Mount of Megiddo.” Napoleon described this “as the most perfect battlefield in the world.” This is the location of where Christ will take on the armies of the antichrist.
