Dear Family & Friends, The congregants of Bethlehem Baptist Church invite you to join with us in celebrating 125 years of service to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are standing on the shoulders of many courageous believers, who opened the doors of the church 125 years ago and worked tirelessly to win souls for Christ and provide a safe haven of fellowship for His worshipers. Many are now with the Lord and we accept the responsibility to continue Bethlehem’s legacy of Loving God and Serving People. Our 125th Anniversary Celebration theme is to Cherish the Past and Embrace the Future. A celebratory banquet will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013 and we would be honored by the presence of you and your family and friends. The semi-formal banquet venue is Presidential Caterers at 2910 Dekalb Pike in Norristown, PA from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm. You are also invited to extend your written special congratulatory acknowledgements by placing an advertisement in the Commemorative Souvenir Booklet that will capture the spirit of this church anniversary celebration. For those who are unable to attend the Anniversary Banquet, but still wish to show support for Bethlehem, the opportunities for doing so are listed on page three of this packet. The 125th Church Anniversary Banquet will be an unforgettable evening of celebration. We will be joined on this occasion by representatives from theological, academic, political, and community outreach organizations in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
