OUR BUSINESS SPACE We understand the different ways in which our residents work and we do our best to meet their needs. We like to think of ourselves as an hotel for businesses: providing a customer service that is second to none in an environment that is uplifting, creative, artistic and colourful, yet highly professional. The corporate business centre has its place, just not here. But it’s not just about the office space; it’s about being able to use our space freely and giving our residents great connectivity to allow them to breakout of their offices and use our in-house café which serves some of the best coffee, home-made pastries and sandwiches in Glasgow, as well as our relaxed business lounges, breakout zones and meeting rooms as well.

HOW IT WORKS There’s no small print, no hidden costs or nasty surprises which makes budgeting easy. Our Licence agreement is simple – short term or long term residency - you choose. There are no lawyers’ fees or cumbersome leases: simply sign, sit down, plug in and play. Need to upsize or downsize? Let us see if we can accommodate you and if we can, we will. Need to move on? Just give us reasonable notice and you’re on your way.
BUSINESS SUPPORT With a wide selection of offices ranging in size from a single person room to a 20 desk office, we can accommodate most businesses. We have a selection of meeting rooms with audio visual and conference facilities, breakout zones with great connectivity for informal meetings, bags of bandwidth, fully furnished offices with designer office furniture, catering for meetings provided by our in-house café, a fully staffed reception from 08:30 to 17:30 on week days, 24/7 access for all residents and on-site car parking. We have pretty much thought of everything including the discount cards for local restaurants, bars, the gym and spa, but if we’ve missed anything just let us know and we’ll see what we can do about it.
