Water m a n Street Underground Utilities Variance Request for consideration of a motion authorizing a variance from the underground utilities ordinance to allow the relocation of poles on Waterman Street. No new overhead wires are permitted as part of this variance.

To proceed, City Council authorization would be required to utilize City right-of-way. Council member Goldstein disclosed that he, his family members andlor entities that he owns or have an interest in, own property in the Central Business District ('CBD).
