SOWING/GROWING Sow April/May, 13mm (½”) deep, direct into the open ground where intended to flower in a good, well prepared soil. Thin out seedlings to about 30cm (12”) apart as necessary. Alternatively, sow direct into the open ground during August or September to flower the following spring. Best in a fertile, well drained soil in an open sunny position.
