Terms and Conditions All space is subject to availability. Group dates and discount offered to new groups is subject to change. The rates and dates are capacity controlled and can be withdrawn at any time. Group Rates are NOT applicable to all sailings. Limit 1 group per agency per month. Once a group has been established on a date, the group rate is guaranteed based on availability for the first 18 staterooms booked prior to 4 months before departure; the rate may be withdrawn or changed after that date. Requests for groups larger than 18 staterooms may require additional approval. A “Group Request Form” must be completed by the Travel Agency and submitted to secure a group. No allotment of space will be held. Other promotions & pricing which may be offered (except One Week Sales, Flash, Select Agent Fares, NET fares, Interline rates, TA rates) are combinable with TC’s and cocktail parties but not other group amenities. Star Date Group Bonus Commission can only be added once the group has earned a TC. This offer is not combinable with any other nationwide pricing promotion unless otherwise stated. Offer is not combinable with the Alumni/B2B/Welcome Home 5% Discount program. AMEX Plat and Refer a Friend SBC are combinable. Discount does NOT apply to Home City Air or pre/post packages.
