suites Amenities Enjoy the University of Wisconsin Basketball and Hockey game‐day experience from a Kohl Center suite! Located around the first and second level concourses, these 36 suites offer a long list of ameni es designed to provide the ul mate in game‐day comfort and convenience for all your personal and business entertainment needs. • 16 season ckets for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and men’s hockey games • Three Zone A preferred parking passes for each sport • In‐suite food, alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages available for purchase off an extensive suite menu • Personal wait staff service • High Defini on Televisions, I‐pads, free WI‐FI, refrigerators, sink, wet bar and coat closet • Private restroom facili es in each suite • Television monitors and radio coverage of game programming • Access to suites one and a half hours prior to each game • Access to suites for business mee ngs and opportuni es to purchase ckets for other Kohl Center events such as concerts and WIAA events throughout the year.

The University of Wisconsin Athle c Department relies on private gi s to remain compe ve both within the Big Ten Conference and na onally. As a result, we sincerely appreciate all contribu ons to meet the immediate and long range funding needs of scholarship, facility and programma c support for all 23 varsity sports offered at the University of Wisconsin. Kohl Center suite holders are considered donors to UW Athle cs based on the charitable gi por on of the annual suite payment. As a donor to UW Athle cs, patrons receive priority for ckets, parking and special event invita ons based on their overall annual giving level and the Wisconsin Athle cs Priority Point System. UW Athle c Events Sixteen Suite Tickets for each Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Men’s Hockey games will be sent to the address on file with the Athle c Ticket Office. Addi onal Suite Tickets are not available, however you may inquire about addi onal game ckets or parking for home or away games by contac ng the Ticket Office at (608) 262‐1440. Suite holders also receive preferred parking passes to Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Men’s Hockey. Tickets and parking are usually shipped two to three weeks prior to the beginning of each season. Tickets that are lost or stolen can be replaced. It is important to make note of exact seat loca ons when distribu ng ckets to mul ple par es. To reprint any lost or stolen cket, you must have the exact seat number of each suite cket that needs to be replaced. Please contact Brian Moore directly with cket issues.

Special Event Tickets Suite Holders are guaranteed 16 ckets to all special events at the Kohl Center. These seats are generally in your suite but may be in the general seat bowl if your suite is deemed behind stage. Announcements concerning special events will be sent via email as soon as informa on is available. This email will contain informa on regarding deadlines for ordering ckets and/or parking and forms for placing the order. Tickets will be shipped to the Suite Administrator with ample me to distribute them to guests.

Premium Seat Entrance Suite guests can enter the Kohl Center 1½ hours prior to all UW athle c contests by presen ng their suite cket at the Premium Seat Entrance. Entry mes may vary for concerts and special events.
Premium Seat Will Call Premium Services maintains a Premium Seat Will Call at the Premium Seat Entrance. You are able to leave ckets for others in advance by contac ng Premium Services or on the night of the event. The Main Will Call is located at Gate B and opens one hour prior to events.

Suite Access on Game Days Suites at the Kohl Center remain locked on game days un l a patron with a suite cket arrives. Hosts should have a Suite Ticket if they plan on arriving early to greet your guests. WE CANNOT UNLOCK SUITES FOR PATRONS THAT DO NOT HAVE A SUITE TICKET.
Personal Suite A endant For each event your suite will be assigned a Personal Suite A endant to address your every need. Your A endant is on hand to provide you and your guests with excellent customer service and to assist with addi onal orders for food and beverages.
ADA Accessibility Each suite is fully ADA accessible. The suites are equipped with a removable seat in the second row along with an accessible bathroom to accommodate a guest in a wheelchair. If you know a guest of yours will be using a wheelchair, please no fy us ahead of me to have the seat removed.
Food Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We maintain a list of food allergens for all our menu items and are able to accommodate special dietary requirements. Please contact Premium Services at least five days prior to discuss individual needs or concerns. While we offer allergen free menu op ons, cross contamina on could occur and our kitchen is unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.
Special Occasions If you would like to celebrate a special occasion in your suite, let us help make it unforge able. We offer personalized cakes, in suite personal messages, and can provide that special bo le of bubbly to truly make the occasion special. We ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience to make arrangements.
Suite Decor
All suite holders have the op on to customize their suite with artwork, company logos and photos. Premium Services is happy to help in arranging for items to be hung within your suite.
Non‐Event Day Suite Access
You can u lize your suite on non‐event days to host gatherings and business mee ngs. Premium Services can make all the arrangements from parking to catering to make it special.
Menus We have created a new Advanced Order Menu to help make planning for the perfect event quick and easy. The menu includes seven packages that provide you with a complete meal for your guests. The second part of the menu is addi onal items that you may consider adding on to your package. All of the packages are prepared to serve 16 guests. Our redesigned Game Day menu focuses more on the tradi onal game day fare like brats and chicken wings. These items are made to order on game day and can be delivered to your suite in under twenty minutes. Our menus can be found at www.uwbadgers.com/premiumservices
Online Ordering Advanced Food orders can be securely submi ed online. Advance orders must be submi ed online by noon three business days prior to the event. We ask that your submit your orders by this deadline so that we might properly prepare and provide suites with high quality food. Login to SUITES.KOHLCENTER.COM to place your food orders in advance of your event. This is your portal for ordering food, reviewing your orders and collec ng receipts a er the event. Once you place your order, you will receive an auto‐generated email confirming the order. Please let us know if you need to cancel or adjust an order as you will not be able to make changes onine once you submit the order. Permanent Authoriza on List Premium Services maintains a list of individuals that are always authorized to charge items to the Suite Account. This list can be found on your Suite Administra on Form and can be updated at any me by contac ng Premium Services. The individuals on this list can charge food or beverages to the suite account, unlock the liquor cabinet and over‐ride the authoriza ons submi ed on the advance order. No beverages, alcoholic or non‐alcoholic, may be brought into the Kohl Center. Alcoholic beverages must remain inside the suite at all mes. Removal of alcoholic beverages from the Kohl Center is prohibited due to Wisconsin Liquor Laws and University of Wisconsin s pula ons. It is the responsibility of the Suite Owner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated guests consume alcoholic beverages in their suite.
Beverages Access to beverages The beer refrigerator, soda refrigerator, and liquor cabinets all have locks. During the ordering process, you can select who is going to be charged for the restocking by selec ng the appropriate answers to the authoriza on ques ons. Any guest can have either the soda refrigerator or beer refrigerator (liquor cabinet not included) unlocked if the guest provides a credit card with which to charge the event’s beverage consump on. Addi onal beverages may be ordered during an event as well. Soda, Juice, and Water Stock Levels A standard stock level for these items will be kept in your suite. Wine, Liquor, and Mixer Stock Levels At the beginning of the season, Suite Administrators are asked to set their stock of wine, liquor and mixers by filling out the appropriate form. We have streamlined the process by providing a standard beer package for all suites. Please see the suite administra on form for more details. On the same form you can set the par levels for your wine and mixers, and also decide which liquors you would like to be available for your guests. We u lize a two bo le system for stocking liquor, choose which products you’d like and we’ll always make sure that you have two bo les available. Your suite account will only be charged when a bo le is completely empty. If at any me you’d like to alter the par stock, please feel free to contact Premium Services.
Billing Food and beverage ordered on the Suite Account will be charged the day of the event. The suite holder can access copies of guest checks from each event through the online ordering system. Please direct any ques ons you might have about billing to us. Any guests that present credit cards for ordering food & beverage will receive a receipt before he or she leaves the building. A standard 18% fee will be applied automa cally to all food and beverage orders to cover administra ve expenses. This is not intended to be a p or gratuity for the service staff or other employees. Food and beverage orders are also subject to 5.50% sales tax.
