10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Your SKYWAY® luggage is protected by a 10 Year Limited Global Warranty, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. Consequently, in case of defects covered by the warranty, SKYWAY will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the luggage free of charge. If the luggage is to be replaced and it is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable one. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country. This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of normal wear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or transportation damage (i.e. by airline, hotels, etc). Damage caused by service (including repairs) performed by anyone not duly authorized by SKYWAY or its representatives. Should you require service for your luggage, locate an authorized Service Center by visiting our website at www.skywayluggage.com or call 1-800-724-7496 (United States). Our dealers and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at an appropriate charge. For warranty service at an authorized Service Center, you will need the original receipt of purchase.
