There were 125 Recorded sales in the Mount/Papamoa region for May 2015 up from 103 recorded the previous month. The median days to sell were 36 days down from 45 days the previous month. The sales in our Bayfair Ray White office for May have been outstanding in fact another record month for the office. We have a 95% success rate through the AUCTION process since November last year.
