Emergency Contacts Can we remind parents that we require a minimum of three contact phone numbers in case of emergencies. It has come to light that there are still a number of parents who have not supplied us with these contacts. Attendance We would like to remind parents that should your child be sick please remember that you must phone school (tel: 424 7794) as early as possible to advise us of the absence. If you do not phone school this initiates concerns over the whereabouts and safety of your child. When your child returns to school a note must be given to the class teacher advising of the reason for the absence. Should your child be absent for more than two days, medical evidence may be required from your GP. If your child attends school after 9.30 am they will lose their morning mark as this is classed as an unauthorised absence. Leave of Absence Can we please remind parents that we cannot authorise Leave of Absence during term time, apart from exceptional circumstances (proof must be supplied). This is why we have a two week break at Whit to try and help with holiday costs. Diary Dates st Monday, 21 March st
