Dear 1945 GHS Football Team, Congratulations! You have been selected as an inaugural inductee to the Greenville High School Athletic Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is intended to recognize individuals or teams who have contributed significantly to Greenville High School Athletics. Inaugural inductees will be honored during halftime of the Varsity football game on Friday, September 7, 2012 at Legacy Field – our new Football stadium located in the Athletic complex at Greenville High School. There will be a reception for you and your family members prior to the game. The reception will begin at 5:30PM under the tent in the Stadium. Food and refreshment will be provided and this will allow time for inductees to mingle and receive instructions for the halftime presentation prior to the 7PM kickoff. For our planning purposes, please call the GHS Athletic Department at 616-754-4261 and let us know whether or not you are able to attend. Please also forward a short bio including athletic achievements and/or contributions to GHS athletics via email to [email protected] by August 20, 2012. Please also include your graduation year and any post High School athletic achievements. You exemplify the best of GHS and we congratulate you on your induction into the Greenville High School Athletic Hall of Fame. We are very honored to have you as a member of this very special group.
