Step 1 — Air Filter



The air filter housing is located on the driver side of the car.



Loosen the four housing screws on the plastic air intake box.

 Do not try to remove these screws from the intake box, as they are not designed to be removed. Step 2



Loosen the hose-clamp on the air intake tube located on the side of the air intake box.



Remove the air intake tube from the intake box.

Step 3 

Gently lift the top off of the air intake box.



Remove the air filter from the housing and inspect it.



If it can not be cleaned, then it should be replaced with a new one.

Step 4
