A day for those who seek to nourish their souls in preparation for the Lenten journey. Come engage with scripture through worship and a variety of spiritual practices that invite ways of opening to God’s Presence with/within us. The Practices of the day, together with the reflections from the gathered community, will create a model for creating Lenten Worship or your own personal devotion. For Clergy, and all pastoral care-givers, worship leaders and those thirsty for God. with

Dr. Legerstee is dedicated to the uplifting of the human spirit through a variety of roles: an Associate at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation, in Leading Contemplative Prayer Groups and Retreats: Transforming Community; as a pastor and worship leader in the local church for twenty-eight years; as an InterPlay Leader; as an intermittent adjunct at Andover Newton Theological School as ritualist, and workshop facilitator for Spiritual Directors International; and as an artist. Dirkje lives in Westford with her husband, Steve Mague.
The Rev. Susie Allen is a spiritual director, organizational and leadership consultant with Executive Soul (www.executivesoul.com) and retreat leader. She has been offering spiritual direction for 8 years, and was trained for her leadership through Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. For over 6 years, Susie served as Associate Pastor at the Boxborough United Church of Christ. She has been active in local community theatre both on and off stage - since 1993, and sings with the a cappella group, Custom Blend. She has three grown children and resides in Boxborough, MA, with her husband, Roger.
