Sponsorship Levels: • Eagle Level $600 - Includes a 4 Some, Dinner, Signage and Program Recognition • Birdie Level $200 – Includes Golf, Signage, and Program Recognition • $100 - Hole Sponsor Sign and 1 Dinner • $30 - Dinner
