2000 Avenue of the Stars, consists of a 12-story office building with a dramatic architectural design that maintains view corridors. Included are fine dining and casual restaurants, retail shops and services, as well as space for a cultural facility. The project also replaces the concrete outdoor central plaza between 2000 Avenue of the Stars and Century Plaza Towers with four acres of on-structure, open air, landscaped, green space.
