Football Alumni Weekend A great football reunion weekend has been planned for you! Last year’s reunion was a big success—but this year’s is going to be even bigger and better. On Friday, there is a Football Alumni Golf Tournament at The Hollows and in the evening a fantastic “touchdown” party at the Modlin Center for the Fine Arts with an open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres (roast beef, shrimp, veggies, etc.). On Saturday, tour the newly renovated football locker room at 11 am, attend the pre-game barbeque in Catlett’s Web at UR Stadium, watch the Spiders take on the VMI Keydets at 3 pm and attend the grand finale immediately following the game with a “good-bye, farewell, thanks for the memories, see you next year, victory party” in the Hall of Fame Room at the Robins Center (cash bar & light snacks).
Schedule of Events Friday, October 24 Football Alumni Golf Outing at The Hollows. 11:15 AM—12:30 PM— Lunch & Registration 12:30—Shot-gun start. Cost: $50. 7:30 PM—Touchdown Party at the Modlin Center for the Fine Arts — Cost: $30. Saturday, October 25 11:00-11:30—Tour of Football Locker Room Meet in Hall of Fame Room. 12:30-2:45 PM—Pre-Game Barbeque in Catlett’s Web at UR Stadium. Cost: $12/adult; $6/ youth 12 and under.
Return the form below by OCTOBER 6, 2003. Game tickets will be mailed to you. All other events are by Check-in Lists at the door. Orders received after October 6 can be picked up at the Will-Call Window.
