Information Required at Time of Entry:
All Buckskin/Dun horses one year old and older must be registered with the American Buckskin Registry Association. Proof of ABRA registration is required to show in all ABRA classes. ABRA rules will be used for all classes ABRA membership exhibitors must present ABRA membership cards to show in ABRA classes. ABRA membership cards for owners, registration papers, youth and/or Amateur cards must be presented to enter any ABRA approved class at every show!!!! If you do not have your card, you must pay for another ABRA membership and late fee!!!!! Dun Factor Weanlings that have not received their ABRA registration papers must have ABRA work orders to show. ABRA classes are doubled or tripled judged with the potential to earn double/triple National points depending on placing and class size. Youth exhibitors must be eighteen (18) years of age or younger (age as of January 1st of the current year). Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated Show committee has the right to cancel or combine classes that DO NOT have two (2) or more entries WIS-ILL BDGP, Fox Valley Saddle Association, and Mandt’s Equestrian Center, are not responsible for damages which may occur to exhibitors or their horses. Owners and exhibitors assume and accept full responsibility for any damages done by their horses or themselves at these show. Entry Fees: Office Fee: $5.00 per horse Open Classes: $6.00 per class Jack Pot Fee: $10.00 Payback 50/20/10 NSBA Classes: $8.00 per class ABRA and Amateur: $5.00 per Judge or $60.00/$90.00 per day per horse for showing in corresponding class. ABRA Youth: $5.00 per Judge or $40.00/$60.00 per day per horse for showing in corresponding classes. ** If Youth cross enter into ABRA classes they will pay $5.00 per Judge up to a maximum of $60.00/$90.00.
Year End Awards: Year End Awards are offered for each class and six (6) categories only. The categories are All-Around Open Youth, All-Around Open Adult, and All-Around ABRA Youth, All-Around ABRA Amateur, All-Around ABRA Jr. Horse, and All-Around ABRA Sr. Horse. Year End Awards are done by nomination only. If interested see show office for details and forms. NO NOMINATION REQUIRED FOR OPEN YOUTH AND OPEN ADULT YEAR END AWARDS. Show High Point Awards: Show High-Point Awards are offer to horse/rider combination only. Categories and eligible classes are listed below. The show office will calculate points from the show results. For the two (2) day show, the high-point award is for the weekend and will be awarded at the end of the show on the second day ~ to qualify for the weekend highpoint you must be entered in at least three (3) classes per category each day.
