Who has to register as a USA Cycling MTB Domestic Pro Team? UCI teams registering as a United States-based team and non-UCI mountain bike pro teams wanting to be tabulated in the Pro MTB Tour team rankings. UCI MTB teams registered with another national cycling federation will be recognized in the USA Cycling Pro MTB Tours (Pro XCT/Pro GRT)
Who can register? Individual riders (Privateers) may register as a USAC MTB Domestic Pro Team. Privateers are defined as a one-person ‘team.’ Privateers pay the USAC MTB Domestic Pro Team membership ($250), along with the UCI international license fee ($150). All riders registered on a team must either be categorized as Pro/Elite and have a current international license USAC MTB Domestic Pro Teams will not have a rider maximum limit

What are the benefits of being a registered USAC MTB Domestic Pro Team? Registered teams will be tabulated in the USA Cycling Pro MTB Tour team rankings Registered teams will be listed on the Pro MTB Tour section on www.usacycling.org. Team information, standings, and resources will be posted here. Teams will have the same benefits as USAC clubs, such as permitting competitive and non-competitive events, clinics, training rides and camps with USAC event insurance. Teams will also be eligible for the USAC optional club insurance. Eligibility for USA Cycling Affinity Partner discounts
Is there a deadline for registering a USAC MTB Domestic Pro Team? There is no deadline for registering a USAC MTB Domestic Pro Team and a team may register at any point during the season. Team registration will be available on-site at Pro XCT events. Team ranking points will not be awarded until a team has registered, so points will start being earned at the next event after the team has registered.
