2011-2012 UW Indoor Tennis Facility Hours and Pricing Structure Open October 10, 2011-May 15, 2012 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Saturday – Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Closed November 24, 2011; December 25, 2011; January 1, 2012 Memberships Adult Individual $150 Junior Individual (18 and younger) $100 Family $325* *Family memberships include a maximum of 2 adults and 4 dependent children (18 and under) All memberships will receive 2 guest passes (Family memberships receive 2 guest passes total) to invite non-members to utilize the courts. Court rental fees still apply and the member must accompany the non-member. Memberships will be discounted by 25% if purchased after January 1, 2012. Court Rental Fees $12/court/hour Reservations Members may reserve court time by calling 307-766-6993 and speaking with UW Indoor Tennis Facility Staff. Reservations will be accepted a maximum of 7 days prior to the reservation request. Cancellation Policy Cancellations of reserved court time must be made at a minimum of 24 hours in advance or court rental fees will apply. Lessons (users must be members) taught by UW Employees Group/Clinic (3+) $20/person/90 minutes Private (1-2) $60/hour Lessons (users must be members) taught by approved USPTA certified professionals (non-UW employees) Fees set by USPTA certified teaching professional Outside Events (Contract arranged through Shannon Spears, 307-766-2293, [email protected]) Events charging admission/fees to participants $25/court/hour (i.e. USTA tournaments) Events not charging admission/fees to participants $20/court/hour
