Failure to include ALL requested information or money will necessitate the holding of tickets in Will Call. Tickets placed in Will Call may be picked up at the City Hall after September 1, 2010. This Pre Sale is for Mail Orders only. Tickets may be ordered by phone or in person beginning September 1, 2010 at the Oakley City Hall. Phone:
