This student wants to order 4 tickets to the performance of CHIMES OF CHRISTMAS (2 adult tickets, 1 IUB student ticket, and 1 child ticket). She writes the date and time on her order form and fills in the circle for the seating area she wants. She then writes the number and total cost for each type of ticket she wants. If she wanted to order additional tickets in other seating areas (for her out-of-town friends, for instance), she would use a separate line on her form.
