Parent/Legal Guardian Signature(required if entrant is under 18)
Entry must be the original work of a single entrant. An adult may not alter the creative integrity of a student’s work. Use of copyrighted material is prohibited. Choice of subject matter must be family friendly (no nudes). All art must be flat and not more than 3/8 in. thick. No art may exceed 24 in. x 30 in. Mount all paper or canvas entries on sturdy cardboard mats. Protecting the work with butcher paper or other covering is highly recommended. Place the entry form in a sheet protector and secure it to the back of the entry. Submit entries to the Allen Arts Alliance, 102 S. Allen Dr., Allen, TX 75013. For school entries submit to your teacher and we will arrange to pick them up.
