BNG Education Mandate To bring the art experience to every child in Bermuda

This year the Bermuda National Gallery received over 560 artworks for the 2012 Annual Student Art Competition. Every year a theme is chosen that is inspired or related to the current exhibition. This year the theme was focused on identity where students had to reflect on themselves and consider the question: when I look in the mirror, what do I see?
