2017 ANNUAL YOUTH CHEERLEADING CLINIC

Cost: $25 per child (Cost includes t-shirt) or $20 each for siblings Please use a separate form for each child

Ages: Kindergarten through grade 5 Practices: Monday 2/6—6:00-7:30pm Tuesday 2/7—6:00-7:30pm Thursday 2/9—6:00-7:30pm (all practices will be held in Gym B)

Performance will be at halftime of the boys’ JV game on Friday 2/10 (around 6:30pm). More detailed information will be sent home with participants. *Please complete and return bottom half with payment and place in an envelope to elementary office by Thursday 2/2 in order to ensure a t-shirt* **make checks payable to BHS Cheerleading
