The 2013 El Paso County Comprehensive Mobility Plan includes sixteen major transportation projects with cumulative estimated project costs of $406M. The Plan includes projects throughout El Paso County, many of which will be let in 2014 and 2015, through the cooperation of many area entities.

CRRMA VRF Bonds Vehicle Registration Fees The CRRMA will issue $70M (est.) in bond debt to secure project funding, with a pledge of the County’s Optional Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) revenue serving as the repayment source. The CRRMA will then provide the funds to TxDOT for development of three 2013 CMP projects, while using VRF revenue to develop the Arterial 1 Project.

The CRRMA will issue debt to secure project funding, with Transportation Reinvestment Zone revenue pledges serving as the repayment source. The CRRMA will also serve as project developer for the TRZ funded projects.
