Day-Of Entry fees are cash (preferred) or check (bring cash). • *Add $5 late fee for Day-Of registration. All riders must sign a USAC rider release form. No refunds. • ^Women Cat 3 and Masters 60+ scored separately for the overall series. CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS: One-Day licenses holders must race Men Cat 5 (Women Cat 4), Masters, Juniors, or SS. Please check your 2013 USAC license. Apply for upgrades at USACycling.org. LICENSES: Riders without an annual USAC Road or Mountain Bike license will be required to purchase a OneDay license for $10. Renew your annual license at USACycling.org. Annual renewals will also be available at registration for $70, Juniors $35. Held under USAC permit 2013-1066 All USAC rules apply Helmets must be worn at all times *Requirements for winning the State Championship: Must be an annual USAC license holder, resident of Illinois and US Citizen. DIRECTIONS: From I-90 / I-94 take the Irving Park exit and go Eastbound to Lake Shore Dr. Go North on Lake Shore Dr and exit at either Wilson or Lawrence Ave. Follow Simonds Dr and posted signs to parking.
