Borough Little League Field
Ages 6-12 will be concentrating on basic mechanics, skills, and fundamentals of baseball while working closely with all of our instructors.
Registration & Parental Release Form Please submit entries A.S.A.P.
Medical Consent (Required): I hereby state that my child is in good health, and has my permission to participate in all clinic activities. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize clinic staff to act for me in securing medical treatment. Registration in any program requires that a parent/guardian sign below to agree that in case of an accident or injury while attending the program, they release the instructors and Shoemakersville Borough, and facilities from any and all liability.
