2013 PUMA (Peninsula United Methodist Association)
Scholarship Request Form Name of Camp you will be attending: Children and youth in the Peninsula area (San Mateo County) designated churches desiring assistance in financing their participation in camps or youth events or special events sponsored by the California Nevada Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church may apply for scholarships at up to 20% of the cost you pay for camp or event. The scholarships are for youth and children within the care of our Peninsula area congregations. These funds are limited! These scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis as long as funds are available, so apply early! To see if your church is in the Peninsula area, please check with your Pastor or contact Shari at the phone number below.
