5. DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SEAT CUSHION AIRBAGS1 The front seats are equipped with seat cushion airbags.
6. DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER WHIPLASH-INJURY-LESSENING (WIL) SEATS The front seats feature a Whiplash-Injury-Lessening (WIL) design to help reduce the risk of neck injuries. In certain rear-end collisions, WIL seatback frames are engineered to yield in a controlled fashion and help minimize the motion differential between the occupant’s head and torso.
7. LATCH LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children) provides an added measure of safety for the smaller members of your family. LATCH includes lower anchors on the outboard rear seats and tether anchors on all rear seats.

Electronic Brake-force Distribution Redistributes brake force to help keep the rear wheels from locking up during sudden braking situations.

Brake Assist Detects sudden or “panic” braking and adds the full pressure needed to help prevent a collision.5

1. DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAGS1 In the event of certain types of front-impact collisions, this airbag provides protection to the driver and the front passenger.
2. DRIVER’S KNEE AIRBAG1 Also in certain types of front-impact collisions, the driver’s knee airbag can help provide protection to the area of the driver’s knees.
3. FRONT AND REAR SIDE CURTAIN AIRBAGS1 In certain types of side-impact collisions, these airbags help provide protection for the outboard occupants of the vehicle.
4. DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SEAT-MOUNTED SIDE AIRBAGS1 In the event of certain types of side-impact collisions, the driver and passenger seat-mounted airbags are designed to help protect the driver and front passenger-side areas.
5. DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SEAT CUSHION AIRBAGS1 The front seats are equipped with seat cushion airbags.
6. DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER WHIPLASH-INJURY-LESSENING (WIL) SEATS The front seats feature a Whiplash-Injury-Lessening (WIL) design to help reduce the risk of neck injuries. In certain rear-end collisions, WIL seatback frames are engineered to yield in a controlled fashion and help minimize the motion differential between the occupant’s head and torso.
7. LATCH LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children) provides an added measure of safety for the smaller members of your family. LATCH includes lower anchors on the outboard rear seats and tether anchors on all rear seats.
Vehicle Stability Control Helps prevent slips and loss of traction by reducing engine power and applying the brake force to the wheels that need it.4
