David Jackson David Jackson has helped people understand and embrace technology for the past 20 years. He is skilled both in the traditional classroom and online training modalities, where he worked closely with businesses of all sizes to increase effectiveness through technology implementations. David utilizes this experience to build real-life examples in the classroom. He has developed and led classes in several settings - private, public and collegiate. David’s drive originates from his desire to provide total customer satisfaction. To that end, he has won awards for his dedication to customer service. As a certified Microsoft Office application instructor with extensive knowledge spanning many software versions, David commonly reduces the learning curve for clients. David’s in-depth knowledge and experience consistently provides his clients expertise that immediately provides value. In addition to teaching, David has spoken at numerous conventions about leveraging technology to make businesses more efficient and effective. Training Philosophy: “I’m interested in true education, where the student walks out of my classroom with skills they didn’t have when they walked in. My passion is education.” New Horizons Computer Learning Center will provide attendees with an overview of OneNote and SharePoint.

Kay Frances Motivational Humorist, Kay Frances, has shared her message to “lighten up, stress less and take care of ourselves” in 38 states and Canada for over 30 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, a degree in Physical Education and a 4th degree black belt in karate. She was also a family caregiver for 7 years. Kay is the author of “The Funny Thing about Stress; A Seriously Humorous Guide to a Happier Life.” After the seminar, Kay’s book will be sold for $10 and she will be available for signing.

When it comes to humor, Kay is the "real deal" having performed as a professional standup comedian for many years and appearing on a number of national television and radio programs including Lifetime Cable’s “Girls Night Out” and NBC’s “America’s Funniest People”. She also lived and performed in New York City where she appeared at the nation’s top comedy clubs such as “The Improvisation” and “Catch a Rising Star.”
