AGENDA Friday Night 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM- Arrival and Camp Setup 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM- Campwide Bonfire - AHG building fire (Devotional- AHG, Songs- Mr. Stockbauer, Skits all-Patrols and Units)
9:30 PM to 10:00 PM- Return to Individual Campsites (prepare and eat snacks) 10:00 PM- 11:00 PM- Free Time 11:00 PM- Quiet time 11:30 PM- Lights Outs / Taps
Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM- Reveille - Wake up and day preparations 7:30 AM to 7:45 AM- Flag Raising- Patrol and Unit reports 7:45 AM to 9:00 AM- Individual Patrol and Units breakfast time 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM- Campwide Cooking Skills - (5th thru 12th grades youth- Dutch oven cooking / 1st thru 4th graders - Box oven cooking) 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM- Free time 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM- Lunch at Trail Life USA Concession Stand at Pavilion and Dutch Oven Skills Desserts (lunch includes 1 hot dog, snack option and bottled water, gatorade or juice box) NOTE: Additional food/snacks will be available at Concession (8:30-Lunch) for an additional cost to Trailmen/AHG/Families. You may wish to send a little spending money with your camper.
1:30 PM to 2:00 PM- Knot Tying Skills 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM- Outdoor Skills Challenges (Dining fly Set-up, Tent and Shelter Set-up, Archery Skills) 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM- Free Time 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM- Individual Patrol and Units Diner 6:30 PM to 8:15 PM- Free Time 8:15 PM to 8:30 PM- Flag Ceremony - Patrol, Den and Unit reports 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM- Campwide Bonfire - Trail Life Troop is building fire (Devotional- Trail Life Chaplains, Songs- Mr. Stockbauer, Skits all-Patrol and Units)
9:30 PM to 10:00 PM- Campwide Snack (At pavilion- Cooking Skills - Cakes) 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM- Campwide Man Hunt Game- (5th grade and up) 11:00 PM- Quiet time 11:30 PM- Lights Outs / Taps
