2015 Group Policy
2015 GROUP POLICY FOR EUROPE & RUSSIA REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 cabins – 10 passengers Maximum 20 cabins – 40 passengers
TOUR CONDUCTOR: One free tour conductor berth for every 9 full paying passengers (the 10th berth is free for cruise only fare; based on double occupancy). The complimentary TC berth is non-commissionable, and is assigned to the category where the majority of the staterooms are booked, excluding Suites and Jr. Suites. There is no limit on the number of TCs.
COMMISSION: 18% on cruise only portion 12% on pre and post land package 10% on full-price air, insurance, and extra hotel nights
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS SCHEDULE: Initial group deposit of $25.00 per person is required to hold group space and is due within 14 days upon receipt of the group proposal. This is fully refundable up to the specified date in the group proposal. Please note: the group deposit does not guarantee staterooms. To guarantee staterooms, passenger names (name shown on passport) and a second deposit of $400 per person is due within 7 days of the initial booking. A stateroom number will be assigned at this time. A $400.00 p.p. non-refundable deposit is required to hold the Suites and Jr. Suites. Final Payment is due within 90 days prior to departure.
AMAWATERWAYS reserves the right to recall or reduce group space that does not have full names and individual deposits at any time and at our discretion.
ADDED VALUE (for Europe only, excluding Russia & Portugal): With a minimum of 35 full-paying passengers, the group will get their own exclusive bus and English-speaking guide for shore excursions.
