2015 MINI PLAN RENEWAL INFORMATION PAYING FOR YOUR TICKETS (THREE WAYS TO PAY) Click here to login to your US Open Account. Enter your email address or account number and password in the fields provided and click continue. If you do not know your password, please click “Forgot Your Password?” located below the password field. If you are submitting your payment offline, click to view or pay for your active invoice. At the bottom of the next page, click “Process this invoice offline” and print this page. 1. Pay Online Using Your Credit Card (American Express® Preferred) Follow the on-screen instructions to pay your account. If you elect to purchase additional restaurant passes, Lot H parking and Event Cards, that amount will be added automatically to your total amount due. 2. Checks Please make checks payable to: USTA National Tennis Center Incorporated. Please mail your payment along with a copy of your invoice, which must be printed from your account (see instructions above) to the address below:

Passes may be purchased for parking lot H – Hall of Science.
Event Cards*
US Open Event Cards are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations and can be used to purchase merchandise, food or beverages.
*Valid at select locations on the grounds and in the restaurants of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. 2015 US Open Event Cards are valid through the last day of the 2015 US Open.
ADDITIONAL PLAN INFORMATION Print Your Tickets All mini plan holders will be required to print their tickets using ticketFast technology presented by Ticketmaster. Accounts paid in full will receive additional instructions necessary to print your tickets by the end of July. You may also select mobile ticket delivery in which a unique mobile barcode is presented on your mobile device (not an electronic version of a ticketFast PDF file). Tickets will no longer be mailed to you.
