YOUTH BASEBALL CAMP ($95) Release Form In consideration of the acceptance of this application, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against South Dakota State University, or its representatives and/or assignees for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered out of my traveling to, participating in, and returning from camp.
Who: Open to All Players Ages 8-13 Where: Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex – Located on the Northeast Corner of South Dakota State University Campus
When: December 21st & 22nd, 2015: 9am-12pm (Registration for camp begins at 8:30am)

$95 All prices have included a 7.5% sales tax
Youth Camp Format: This camp is a great way to keep kids active over the winter break while working on baseball skills in the off-season. Camp will include teaching the basic techniques of the game. Small groups will work on fielding, throwing, hitting, and base running. The campers will also learn pitching and catching techniques. Throughout the camp there will be competitions, along with participating in games at the end of each day. All instructions will be given by SDSU coaching staff. *Camp T-shirt will be included in the cost of camp. *Equipment Needed: Baseball attire, hat, turfs or molded cleats or tennis shoes (NO Metal Cleats), glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet, and catcher’s gear. (some equipment will be provided if needed)
How do I Sign Up You may register online at baseball.jackrabbitsportscamps.com and pay with a credit card. Click on the Register Online tab on the left hand side of the page. You may also detach and fill out the registration form completely. Return registration form along with payment to the follow address. Make check payable to SDSU Baseball. Camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. SDSU Baseball Camps South Dakota State University 2820 HPER Brookings, SD 57007 OR, you may bring the completed application form and payment with you on the day of the camp, at the walk-up camp cost of $95. There will be a cancellation fee of $25 for anyone who cancels after registering.
Confirmation Email A confirmation email will be sent to you when your registration form and deposit are received. This email will include detailed information concerning check-in times, items to bring, directions, and a medical form.
