Early Registration is $70. Late Registration is $80. The College ID Camp is open to all players with high school graduation dates of 2015, 2016, and 2017. Full Payment is required when you register. To register, please complete and submit the full brochure to 4545 College Road, South Euclid, Ohio, 44121. Checks should be made out to Notre Dame College Men’s Soccer.

Confirmation Policy
Please check your email address regularly as a confirmation notice will be sent by email. Those who cannot attend the camp for medical or other reasons will be refunded all but $30 for administrative costs. In order to receive a reRequired Forms/Participation fund, the Camp Director must be notified at least 72 hours The Parent Consent, Waiver and Release before the camp begins.
