Registration open till 12 noon Judges for exhibitions will finish before 1pm, exhibition booths can be torn down after 1pm, but before 6pm.
8:30-11:30: Business Session I Lunch: Registrants only (Meet with Candidates) 13:30-16:30 Business Session II & Election Candidates campaign speeches Election result & Maiden speech Officers to be elected are: 1. 2016-2017 ASPAC Chairman、Chairman-Elect、Vice Chairman, one for each seat. 2. Kiwanis International Trustee from ASPAC Region for the year of 2016-2019, one seat to be elected. 16:45-17:30 Joint ASPAC Board meeting 18:00 Closing Session & Award/Dinner (Registrants only)
Remarks: Fellowship Golf Tournament Location: Taichung International Country Club (http://taichung.golf.net.tw/) Date: March 11th, 2016 Time: 6:30-11:30 Price: USD$90, including pick up and drop off from 3 official hotels, Green fee, caddy, and a simple meal box. Register period: Oct 1st 2015to Jan 15th 2016. Registrants should pay with registration fee together. Golf could be canceled if players are less than 12. Official Hotels are: 1.
