Ages: 2nd Grade- 4th Grade (9:00 a.m.- 12 noon) Ages: 5th Grade – 8th Grade (1:00 pm- 4:00 p.m.) Athletes should bring glove, shoes, cleats, long baseball pants, bat and hat. Catchers should bring all catchers’ gear. Parents and Baseball Campers ! This January 18, 2016 we are providing our future baseball stars an opportunity to work on their skills in our Pitching, Hitting, and Fielding Clinic. Youngsters will receive the highest degree of individual instruction and evaluation from the Sealy Tiger Coaching Staff. The Camp is a thorough and comprehensive baseball instructional camp on hitting, defensive positions, and throwing mechanics . Baseball Campers will also
receive a Camp T-shirt (if registration is received or you have called to register before or on January 12th, 2015). ( 281-734-8658) Our goal for the camps is to not only offer your youngster valuable baseball instruction, but also to help them become better players and better sportsmen. We look forward to seeing you this January!

You will be able to sign up the day of the camp, but a t-shirt will not be provided. Parent’s / Guardian’s S IGNATURE___________________________________________________________________ *I he reby request that you accept the enrollment of my child in this camp. He will abide by all camp rules and procedures, and he is e xpe cted to actively participate in baseball related instruction and drills. I also understand that my child will be participating in physical activity that may involve an inherent risk of physical injury. With the submission of the registration form, we are hereby-releasing Sealy Little League, The City of Sealy, Brett Montier, the camp, and its e mployees from all claims of injuries and/or illnesses that may be sustained from normal participation in the Baseball Clinic. I he reby give my consent to secure the medical services and necessary transportation to the medical services in case of emergency as de e med necessary. I know of no mental or physical problems which affect my child’s ability to safely participate in this camp.
