USTA Northern California is looking forward to seeing your team at this year's Sectional Championships. Your matches will be played between Copper River Country Club and Sierra Sport & Racquet Club. Practice Courts If your match is the first round of the day, you may warm up at your site. All other teams, please find nearby courts to warm up as we do not provide practice courts on site. Prepare for your Match Bring a bottle and enough water & ice to last you through the day. Default Courtesy
Notify the opposing captain and the tournament desk about impending defaults.

3rd set tiebreak in lieu of full third set Coman format for all tiebreaks including singles 2 min break between all sets NO coaching Roving officials will be on site Report scores immediately after conclusion of match

RULES
Player Eligibility Two matches (one default can count) is the minimum requirement for a player to be eligible to play at Districts and Sectionals. Captains are responsible for ensuring that all players listed in their line-up have NOT played in post-season matches for another team at the same level. Players must present Photo ID when requested by staff. See LLARs, Rule 44
Team withdrawl Team withdrawls must be made by February 28. See LLARs, Rule 38
USTA Hotel Discount for Sectionals
Grievances NTRP grievances will be accepted but not processed during this event. If a NTRP grievance is upheld, the player affected will not be able to proceed to the next championship level at the original rating level. See LLARs, Rule 36
Weather Be prepared for inclement weather and delays. The schedule and match format is subject to change at the discretion of the site director.
Site Amenities and Rules
No outside alcohol No unsupervised children No pets No access to any site amenities (e.g. tennis courts, swimming pools, showers and locker rooms)
All teams and their associated spectators are expected to abide by the rules of the facility and of USTA NorCal (LLAR & FAC). Courtesy, respect of others and playing under The Code are expected. USTA NorCal may file a grievance for unacceptable behavior.
