The Washington State Chapter of CoreNet Global seeks to recognize:
Achievements in contributing to company success Achievements is exceeding client engagement and value Contributions for elevating the practice of corporate real estate (CRE) Current CoreNet Global membership
Criteria for Nominee Eligibility 1. Can be an individual or company who is a service provider to the CRE Industry. 2. Member of CoreNet Global for at least 2 continuous years. 3. Actively engaged member (examples of engagement: Chapter leader, attended a Summit; earned MCR or SLCR designation; speaker at a CoreNet Global event; contributed to the content of a Chapter program/event; participated in Chapter special programs, i.e., mentorship, awards, etc., provided content for Leader magazine, participated in a research project, etc.).
4. Supplier in the CRE Industry for minimum of 3 years. Criteria for Selection of Winner
1. Provides excellent value to clients and exceeds expectations (40%) 2. Applies innovative* ideas & approaches to problem-solving (40%) 3. Consistent involvement and achievement in community, active CoreNet Chapter membership and participation (20%) * Innovate is defined as an activity or initiative which brings about a paradigm shift in the way business is done in a rapidly globalizing economy. Innovation can be originated within the CRE and workplace management domains, or it can be transferred or adapted from innovations in other sectors outside CRE. Required 1. Bio or Curriculum Vitae of the company or individual – please attach 2. Photo (high res in jpg) – please attach no more than 10 photos. 3.
